Why are crop circles continuously ridiculed in the mainstream media?
The Spirit of the Crop Circles: The life and work of veteran crop circle researcher Michael Glickman (1942-2022).
Discovering geometry properties encoded within crop circles, such as Pi, Glickman wrote six books discussing the subject, Crop Circles, The Bones of God being his most popular work.
As much as I value Merriam Webster on a daily basis, I have to take issue with their definition of crop circles:
Definition of crop circle
: a geometric and especially a circular pattern of flattened stalks in a field of grain now usually attributed to natural phenomena or to the work of hoaxers trying to create the impression of a visit by extraterrestrial beings
Q: If all crop circles were the work of hoaxers or natural phenomenon, where are the scientists and hoaxers that can explain the mathematical complexity of the latest crop circles?
A: There aren’t any. Mainstream Science spokespersons claim natural causes but don’t scientifically research crop circles. If they performed serious research they would discover the use of microwave energy used to bend crops to form intelligent design. Instead, Mainstream Science falls back on hoaxing as the go-to answer. And the hoaxers? See #17 below: Why have zero hoaxers come forward with a simple video-or documentary- showing the start to finish process of a sophisticated crop circle where it not only looks pristine from the air but also on the ground standing inside the crop circle? Because they can’t.
The compelling designs alone point to areas that must be categorized and discussed as:
There’s more here than meets the eye.
The ongoing narrative that natural phenomenon or, any especially, hoaxers, create complex crop circles in the middle of the night, never for want of glory nor fame, only to deceive the masses year after year is promoted by institutions, like Smithsonian, and in direct opposition to ufologists worldwide whose scientific study of the subject continues to document connections between crop circles and extraterrestrial intelligence.

Questions Remain..
..we’ve got the What, Where, and When. It’s the How, Who, and Why that must be answered.
CropCircleMakers.org claim to have made many elaborate crop circles. But did they make all of them, all over the world? Certainly, in the very early days of modern crop circles, hoaxers in the UK couldn’t have been responsible for a global phenomenon.
When I see blatant denial and/or ridicule coming from mainstream narratives I ask myself why are they so hellbent on preventing people from asking questions? In this ongoing case of hoaxes and real phenomena..
The game is afoot!
18 Facts about Crop Circles
1. Crop circles have been documented in the United States since the 1800s.
2. Crop circles have been documented internationally: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Switzerland, and the United States of America.
3. The Mowing Devil Crop Circle incident of 1678 was printed as pamphlet and taken as a moral telling between a farmer and the devil. Indeed, a crop circle appeared on the farmers field, but made by whom?
4. Theories on the overnight formation of crop circles range from meteorological phenomenon to hoaxers, psychic energy, lasers, ley lines, magnetic shifts, light wave technology, and of course, non-human intelligence.
5. Crop circle hoaxers Doug Bower and Dave Chorley claimed they used wooden planks and ropes to create over 200 hundred crop circles in the early 1990s. Their demonstration on CTV News Canada brought an end to the crop circle origin debate for millions of television consumers. Serious crop circle researcher’s immediately reacted by accepting that hoaxing was obviously responsible for many primitive crop circles and responded by continuing to document and report on the phenomena all the while applying critical investigative analysis to new crop circles.
6. Displayed as cover art on the October 8th release of Led Zeppelin’s Remaster’s 1990 box set, the famous Eastfield Pictogram crop circle appeared at Alton Barnes near the town of Devizes in Wiltshire, UK, in July of that year.
7. June 7th, 2013: Greenpeace India admitted to creating a 150×180 foot protest crop circle in Najafgarh, near Delhi.
8. The 2021 documentary Crop Circle Realities includes evidence of crop circle stalks exhibiting high levels of electromagnetic and microwave radiation exposure. This sophisticated manner of bending the crops has led many scientists to agree that 20% of all crop circles are made by non-human technology.
9. Crop circling time travelers? Scientist Dr Horace Drew(PhD in Chemistry from Caltech, the California Institute of Technology, and worked for CSIRO as a molecular biologist) spoke at the March 2017 UFO & Paranormal Research Society of Australia (UFO-PRSA) seminar in Sydney, stating: “For the past 20 years I have been studying UFOs or crop circles. Just as other mainstream scientists study conventional subjects, …this has led to at least one major breakthrough: the discovery of a more advanced binary code than our computers currently use. They are ahead of us like we are ahead of the dolphins and the whales.”
10. 1974: Carl Sagan, and other astronomers and scientists, broadcast a message into space seeking to communicate with extraterrestrial intelligence. Fast forward 27 years to to 2001, when the Chilbolton Crop Circle appeared in Hampshire, England. The Chilboltan crop circle looked like a data strip, including rows of crop that included a series of binary digits relaying the senders place of origin, DNA, and transmitting device, as well as mathematical and physical formulas describing the universe. The crop circle was located near the Chilbolton Radio Telescope leading researchers to view the formation as an extraterrestrial response to the 1974 space experiment.
11. A second crop circle containing binary code was discovered in 2001: The Crabwood Alien Crop Circle contained an image of an extraterrestrial and ASCII data which translates to:
“Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time.
BELIEVE. There is GOOD out there. We oPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING\“
12. The 1996 Laguna Canyon, California Crop Circle Formation fell in line with crop circles that cellular tests show were intensely heated from the inside(microwave). Also, all three glyphs showed strong correlation with the Native American Gabrielino or Tongva people who once lived in the area. See photos and read the full story here.
13. Did Disney Studio commission crop circle hoaxers? Article claims early 1990s university graduates colluded with London’s Circle Makers to promote M. Night Shyamalan’s 2002 alien invasion movie, Signs.
14. Colin Andrews, an electrical engineer and crop circle scientific researcher, coined the term “crop circle”.
15. Circular Evidence was the first book written about crop circles. An international best-seller, the 1989 book made it on Queen Elizabeth’s “Summer Reading List”.
16. Reuters Got It Right – by reporting the facts in this short 2020 news video of a crop circle in the town of Paehl, Germany. You decide.
Reuters transcript: A mysterious crop circle appeared suddenly in this wheat field triggering the curiosity of locals and tourists and alike. The perfect geometric pattern can only be seen in full from above.
Visitor Rainer Bartesch: “I just find it fascinating because you cannot really explain how they happen. It is just a moment when you have something you cannot explain. When these days everything always has to be explained, it’s a thing that pushes the limits of this ‘explainer model’ that we have.”
Reuters transcript: Crop circle enthusiasts have many theories about how the patterns appear. Many believe they are not formed by humans. Some say they’re created by wind patterns while others suggest energy fields are responsible.
17. 2024: There are no videos on YouTube showing a team of hoaxers creating an elaborate crop circle. Plankster or tractor videos don’t count. I’m talking a simple video-or documentary- showing the start to finish process of a sophisticated crop circle where it not only looks pristine from the air but also on the ground standing inside the crop circle.
18. Formerly the Crop Circle Information and Research Centre in Naarden, The Netherlands, founder Monique Klinkenbergh moved her Centre to crop circle central–Wiltshire, UK, in 2013. Located at Honeystreet Village, The Crop Circle Centre and Exhibition Center enlightens visitors with its historic crop circle museum and guided tours, if farmer approved, to explore and experience a crop circle, firsthand. see: Latest Crop Circles.
